We are all learning a lot here. Today I was trying to put it all into perspective. We are exposed to so much. I think at times we have all been overwhelmed. Everyday we experience so much. The vastness of ceramics is exhausting at times. It can make any potter question why he or she has selected such an unappreciated art form. The people of China have a history greatly based on ceramics. This regard for ceramics is a great boost in our development our confidence as a potter. Making a good pot is one of the many duties of a potter. Another duty is to educate people about the pots we make so they become valued to the consumer. It is easy for the consumer to go out and buy a plastic cup injected into a mold by some computer. What does that say about you? Now when you hold a mug from one of these individuals. You share their experiences in China and their education. You support art and the artists that take risks to educate themselves. You support a greater awarness. I would like to show you the education we are getting with this next update.
