Gu Mei Qun took care of that and took us to a tea farm. Here they grew tea in a beautiful mountain setting, harvested, and prepared the tea. It was one of the highlights of the trip. We all got to be outside hiking up mountains and getting lost a bit in bamboo forests and tea fields. It was wonderful.
