There are a lot of pots generated here and many people have jobs. This guy uses these stones that his hat is resting on to calibrate the rims of the bowls you see behind him for a consistant product. The pots behind him were thrown by the first guy and allowed to set up so they are bone dry. They will later be trimmed.
